CenterWare Suite is a contact center software that helps businesses in finance, telemarketing, education, healthcare, and other industries manage call routing, scripting, tracking, and reporting. The predictive dialer functionality automatically makes outbound calls and differentiates between human voices and answering machines.
CenterWare Suite's instant messaging capabilities allow call center agents to send and receive text messages, in order to help streamline customer support and sales operations. Supervisors can maintain a record of all conversations to track employee performance and service quality, whilst maintaining compliance with data protection regulations and guidelines. Administrators can create and match campaigns with specific staff members based on roles, skill-sets, and available resources. It also lets users route, manage, backup, and reply to all incoming emails on a centralized platform.
CenterWare Suite facilitates integration with third-party solutions, including Asterisk and Avaya. The built-in interactive voice response (IVR) tool lets staff members create call menus using predefined or custom prompts. Managers and leaders can generate reports to gain insight into agent performance and return on investment (ROI).
