About Hale

Hale is a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform for small and mid-sized clinical teams to increase practitioner capacity and patient access to medical care. Features include secure messaging, live video visits, pre and post visit questionnaires, photo sharing, payment processing, integration with existing electronic health records (EHR) and patient management (PM) systems, and more.

With Hale's intelligent triage feature, patients can complete a pre-visit questionnaire regarding symptoms, enabling medical practitioners to develop an overview of each case before scheduling an appointment. After appointments have taken place, follow-up questionnaires can be sent to further monitor patients' conditions and symptoms using pre-designed questionnaires for primary care, pediatrics, dermatology, OB/GYN, and cardiology.

Hale provides HIPAA compliant secure storage for patient details, medical history, and interactions with medical practitioners, including shared photos and videos, internal and external messaging, and questionnaire responses. With live video visits, medical practitioners can schedule appointments and carry out consultations remotely. Rich media messaging enables patients and practitioners to communicate and share information - including images - via PC, tablet, and mobile. Patients can pay for appointments directly in the platform, and practitioners have an overview of all payment statuses, amounts, and due dates.
