Virtual Care Management from SnapMD enables patients to register, schedule appointments, make payments, and input dependents and emergency contact information. Administrative staff can schedule and amend appointments via the admin portal, as well as access, edit, and share documents between care teams. With custom reports, practitioners have access to patient health data collected from appointments, patient input, and plug-and-play diagnostic devices.

Virtual Care Management provides live chat and video features, enabling staff to communicate directly with patients regarding appointment delays, changes, or cancellations as well as carry out remote appointments via video call. Scheduling appointments can be carried out by any user with access, including patients, medical practitioners, and administrative staff. Practitioner availability and specialty are stored in the platform, so appointments are scheduled only to those with availability and the appropriate expertise for each case.
