Artwork Archive is an inventory management software designed to help artists, collectors, and businesses organize, document, and securely store artwork and collections in a centralized repository. It offers a dashboard, which assists users with managing stock, contacts, galleries, pricing, and sales and creating labels, invoices, and inventory lists.
Artwork Archive includes private rooms, which enables artists to create online collections of artwork and securely share them with clients, art dealers, or galleries. It offers a host of features such as location management, income and expense tracking, data migration, backup management, and more. Artists and collectors can create custom catalogs to record location, exhibition, and artwork details and monitor purchases.
Artwork Archive allows users to schedule reminders for upcoming exhibitions, create to-do lists, and export the data to iCal, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook applications. Collectors can gain insight into the value of artwork and editions via charts and graphs. It also supports integration with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and other existing platforms to facilitate embedding of portfolios.

We’re actively selling some of our artworks so it’s helpful to have a system of tracking sales along with auction house needs. It's a bonus to know I'll always have this information accessible.
Pros
My wife and I needed a simple solution for managing our growing art collection. Artwork Archive is just that. My art advisor is able to log in and assist me with managing my estate. It’s great to have important financial, insurance, and provenance information at our fingertips.
I especially enjoy the reports feature used to create inventory lists for various parts of my estate whether collectibles, antiques or art. It’s easy to include details like insurance values, conditions and sales information.
Cons
N/A. Artwork Archive addresses all of my needs and is of great value.

This software is extremely user friendly and has so many usable features that have already increased
the visibility of our permanent and rotating exhibits. Artist profitability has increased dramatically since we implemented this system. And sharing information is so much easier than our old system. The cost is extremely affordable in comparison to other systems out there. Another feature that helped us make our decision was the number of active users you can have on the account and customizable restrictions. Even though the thought of migrating over 4,000 records and associated images was daunting, the customer service team was right there to help every step of the way. All in all we are extremely satisfied.
Pros
User friendly, ease of use, multiple users with restrictions capability, public portal to share collections, customer service, attractive interface, openness of Artwork Archive to suggest new features.
Cons
It is hard to say because I am still learning to use the system efficiently. Customizable drop down menus would be a nice feature.

The ease of use in data migration and set up, the user interface, and the record information that is available.
Cons
Not the best search function, would like more detailed records for Exhibitions.
