HealthKOS by World Wide Health Initiatives, is a patient management system for medical care providers to remotely monitor high-risk patients. Features include mobile video conferencing, instant messaging, phone calls, physician portal, patient mobile app, data collection and analytics, appointment management, reminders, and more.

The HealthKOS physician portal provides information on patient medical history, connected devices, insurance details, emergency contacts, and ongoing prescriptions, enabling health care providers to be fully informed when issuing medications and diagnoses. Additionally, physicians receive real-time data from patients using and updating the mobile app on health status, medications taken, and vital stats from connected remote monitoring devices. Care teams are automatically notified if patient vitals deteriorate or if scheduled medications are missed, enabling timely reaction and response in case of emergency.

With HealthKOS, physicians can develop and monitor health care plans for patients as well as plan and coordinate contact on a case-by-case basis. With video conferencing, consultations can be carried out off-site as required, removing the need for patients to relocate to a medical center. The instant messaging feature allows care providers to send voice and text messages to patients, including reminders for medication, appointments, and vitals checks to be sent. Users have the option to deploy the platform with a team of medical practitioners from HealthKOS to provide 24 hour patient monitoring and full administrative support.
