About Supremo

Supremo is a remote access management software designed to help businesses connect with remote devices or servers to manage applications, provide support services, and host meetings. The white-label platform enable professionals to personalize the interface using custom logos, company details, and themes to improve brand value among clients.

Supremo allows organizations to establish encrypted connections across multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android and securely transfer files via AES 256-bit algorithm, user account control (UAC) compatibility, and authorized access. Features include a built-in address book, unattended access control, contact sharing, multiple sessions authentication, automatic updates, and more. Additionally, it integrates with an in-house IT management console, Usilio, which allows administrators to monitor devices, run manual backups, organize clients into groups, and receive notifications on generated reports.

The chat functionality within Supremo lets users communicate during remote sessions, facilitating collaboration and aiding case resolution. Managers can collect, view, filter, and export data related to outgoing connections to gain insight into the quality of sessions.

Pros

We have used Supremo for more than an year to manage Remote Desktops of our clients and unlike other similar software Supermo was stable and provided us with an excellent performance at reasonable cost.
