Reach from IC Thrive is an internal communications platform that allows organizations to send targeted messages to employees on various channels including Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and SMS. Features include automated follow-ups, reports and analytics, read tracking, campaign insights, and more.
Reach enables organizations to communicate with targeted groups of employees via the individuals preferred platform, removing the need for employees to all use the same messaging platform. With activity dashboards, managers can see a list view of the channels each employee is opted into, as well as communications sent, scheduled, and in draft mode.
With Reach, user groups and contacts are automatically imported from Office 365 and can be grouped using different criteria including department, specialty, projects, and events. This allows managers to create tailored and targeted messages for each group, further encouraging response and engagement. Additionally, the platform provides analytics on distributed messages such as read and respond counts.
