mTalkz is a multi-channel customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing communications platform. Features include multi-language upload, customer profiling and segmentation, high priority message routing, messaging campaign scheduling, real-time reporting, and more.

With the mTalkz email and SMS delivery service, users can send single or bulk messages to both national and international recipients for instant delivery, meaning businesses can reach customers regardless of location. The bulk sending feature allows mTalkz users to send communications to large quantities of recipients via email and SMS. This means businesses can send information, such as company updates, promotions, and new product releases, to entire client bases.

With number masking, mTalkz users can replace original numbers with virtual numbers, in order to avoid negative responses from customers receiving content from a blocked number. Content can be customized per user, enabling businesses to reach prospective customers with relevant and personalized content, as well as maintain engagement with existing customers. Additionally, messages and emails can include multimedia content such as videos, images, and HTML to provide supporting information. Using the interactive voice recognition (IVR) tool, users can create marketing communications using voice recordings, providing an alternative way for customers to receive information.

The mTalkz reports and analytics dashboard provides data on customer response and engagement and offers reports on metrics including SMS and email click and open rate. This enables users to take corrective action to improve low response and engagement rates. With third-party integration capabilities, users can import customer information from existing databases including CRM systems, POS systems, and contact center data.

The best part is the instant and error free delivery. And what adds more to the service is the instant support as and when required. Client engagement is the need of the hour for modern business and mTalkz stand by the commitment.

Cons

No cons as such. But if they could build a dedicated mobile app this will add an advanced feather in the cap

Pros

Software was very easy to use and available with real time accurate reports too..rate was also competitive. I must tell that they have all kind of softwares to enhance the performance of digital campaigns. specially WhatsApp, out bound calls and SMS .

We use mtalkz to authenticate users registering on our platform through phone as well as to do promotional campaigns. So far, we have not seen any failures for the last four years that we have been using it.
