About iSoftPhone

iSoftPhone is an internet phone integrated into macOS that helps businesses with instant messaging, call recording, video screen sharing, acoustic echo cancellation, conference calls, and more. It offers VoIP services that comprises various functionality, such as making or receiving calls to cell phones, landline, and other softphone, web call back, and multiple SIP provider login.

Key features of iSoftPhone include voicemail, call transfer, SIP proxy support, call history, voice encryption, call recording, video calls, custom ringtones, and audio volume controls. The CRM module allows teams to use Daylite CRM to import and sync contacts and make calls directly. It also displays contact information of incoming calls and contact history in Fone&Text.

iSoftPhone enables users to view online status of contacts, call or IM Facebook and Daylite CRM contacts, and add, edit, or delete contact details from OS X Address Book. The application offers a call panel, microphone and speaker mute, Do Not Disturb feature, and input/output audio device selection.

iSoftPhone is compatible with OS X El Capitan, STUN server, Cisco Call Manager, and Bonjour, enabling businesses to quickly access LAN users. Employees can also select codec from PCMA, PCMU, iLBC, GSM, G276-32 or auto-select to ensure optimal audio quality.
