What is Cigo?

Cigo is a cloud-based delivery tracking and route optimization solution, designed to help businesses in industries including moving, pharmacy, grocery, servicing, logistics, construction, and junk removal, manage and optimize their customer’s last-mile experience. The platform offers tools for managing operations and logistics, customer experience, drivers, and eCommerce operations.

Cigo aims to help businesses manage their last-mile deliveries by providing tools such as automatic routing, route optimization, a self service customer portal, delivery tracking, SMS and email notifications, and more. The built-in route builder allows users to plan delivery routes using real-time and historical data on metrics such as traffic, install times, number of stops, and more, and provides customers and drivers with real-time ETAs.

The customizable client portal allows clients to track their deliveries in real time, provide reviews about their experience, checkout online, and more. Operators and drivers can benefit from Cigo’s native mobile app for Android and iOS to navigate routes, view picklists, and log any incidents that occur during jobs.

The customer service is incredible. You always have someone to assist you with any questions that you have. They regularly update the platform with new features.

Cons

I wish there was a knowledge base in the platform.

Very good!

Pros

The simplicity of the integration and usability of the platform. It has a very intuitive user interface, they also provide exceptional customer service. They dedicate an account manager for you to answer any questions you may ask.

Cons

For our use case, none so far it has worked well and we did not have any hiccups.
