About RIMS

RIMS is a cloud-based restaurant inventory management software that enables restaurants to manage online ordering, food delivery, table reservation, customer feedback, and customer management processes on a centralized platform. Supervisors can gain real-time visibility into sales, billing, stock consumption, and performance metrics through custom reporting and graphical analysis methods.

Using RIMS' central kitchen management module, businesses can handle overall food circulation processes across multiple restaurant outlets. It lets administrators track raw materials and stock levels, set up reorder limits, and maintain a record of telephone orders. Restaurants can send marketing emails to customers on upcoming discounts or offers and create client loyalty programs to improve overall brand value.
