eTEAM is a cloud-based digital asset management (DAM) platform, which helps businesses organize resources such as product data, images, web publications, and layouts for marketing and communication purposes. Features include phase management, data storage, performance monitoring, document encryption, and collaborative workspace.
The eTEAM platform enables product managers to control workflows, from the initial approval to the distribution of assets, eliminate duplicate resources, and update information in real-time. Marketers can use eTEAM to customize product categories, prices, descriptions, or translations, and manage the content across different distribution channels such as printed catalogs, web pages, eCommerce sites, and ERP systems. Using the document management module, team members can create, store, and share files with internal departments, vendors, or clients.
eTEAM offers integration with various third-party platforms including Magento, Drupal, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and GS1. Pros
The ease of use of this tool is perfect. The tool is tailormade to our needs. The tool is focused, and shows you only the things that you need to see and use. When i'm in need of new features the supportteam respons very quickly and analyses if its a one time job or repetitive so the focus of the tool stays in place. We don't see a milion possibilities that makes the usability harder, but only the things we need.
Cons
As it is tailormade, the things you can do on your own are limited. But again, it also keeps the tool easy to use, instead of getting complex.
