Phenix Scheduler is a cloud-based scheduling software designed to help manufacturing businesses plan, manage, and track production processes. Features include data import/export, order creation, inventory tracking, user management, and shop floor scheduling.

Supervisors can manage products, orders, and production lines and control scheduling wheels, line assignments, and sequences on a centralized platform. Phenix Scheduler enables crew members to handle exceptions or orders moving out of a sequence and receive notifications for issues concerning order size and time delays. Using the rules engine, administrators can track changeover durations along with production and consumption rates. It also helps businesses create material types and define attributes to determine the time and cost of setups and the degree of difficulty in production.

Phenix Scheduler allows stakeholders to create orders internally within the platform or by downloading external files, identify manufacturing status such as committed, firm, planned, or unscheduled, and schedule orders across production lines according to the due dates. Managers can also maintain total time available for production and list outages or downtime of a line including description, start/end date and time.
