It was initially very easy to set up and with all the online tutorials available it was easy and enjoyable setting up this software for our business.

Pros

Everything is controlled in this platform for our business. We do not need to use any other cloud software as every feature we need for our business can be found within Saleforce. Most employees are familiar with Saleforce already so it makes it very easy when new employees come and work for us.

Cons

I can honestly say I do not have any cons regarding this software.

Fantastic B2B Platform - Great UX for users

Pros

The product is excellent at providing integrations, making everything easier for users. It is an easy to use platform. Offers excellent value and data for reporting. Great at tracking all orders from the leads and enhancing decision-making capabilities for the sales team.

Cons

The cost associated with the implementation of Salesforce is a bit high, the out of box features for checkout require technical or coding knowledge. The load times are longer and a lot of bugs in the past 2 months.
