About BrandMail
BrandMail is a cloud-based solution that integrates with Microsoft Outlook to automatically create tamper-proof and customizable email signatures. It allows stakeholders to secure various specs of email signatures including fonts, job titles, contact details, and addresses to prevent phishing or spoofing scams.
Administrators can utilize the BQIgnite admin console to manage signature templates, user metadata, attachments, banners, and surveys. BrandMail provides a signature template designer, which allows administrators to modify changes in the signature design and email body in real-time. The application includes BQBrandMe, which lets employees include additional details in their email signature such as social media account links, birthdays, qualifications, certifications, and more to share with email recipients. It enables managers to facilitate changes in the statutory information such as business details, disclaimers, terms and conditions, and content, in order to maintain brand integrity and compliance.
BrandMail also helps businesses prevent rerouting of emails via external servers and tampering of HTML signatures. Other features include role-based permissions, customizable email templates, reporting, audit trail, document management, and more.

Pros
BrandMail allows for Professional displaying of our brand and creates uniformity across all staff. The look and feel of the brand is now uniform for the whole company and with the use of Mail Templates, our communications to clients are also now professional and uniform.
Cons
There is currently no downside to using BrandMail, in my experience. It is easy to use and all staff know how to use it with ease. Very low maintenance as well.

I recently took over a new position, and BrandQuantum were the only business who had reached out to *me*. They truly stood out for many reasons, but [sensitive content hidden], took time out to have a chat with me and personally demonstrated an immaculate level of commitment and support.
Regardless of the size of our company, [sensitive content hidden] made time for me. She accommodated me, gave me a detailed demo, and patiently addressed ALL the questions that I had and more. Her kindness, willingness, and attentiveness is commendable.
BQ has amazing new features, and during our demo - [sensitive content hidden] showed me how easy they were to use and implement for all departments in our company! Very versatile.
I cannot thank [sensitive content hidden] enough. The service and personalized attention that I had received from BQ is something I am confident no other company will provide. Pros
We love the design of our signatures and that there is uniformity across our organisation. The banners look classy and the in-house design team is always willing to assist with executing our ideas.
Cons
Initially, getting all our users synced onto the platform was a challenge, but we persevered and got there in the end thanks to our IT Department and the BrandMail team.

I have no hickups in using BrandMail - it is an effective tool for adding signatures, getting data for reports as well as adding documents for easy retrieval on mail.
Pros
It is very easy to navigate and does not require much training but is readily available if needed.
Cons
