ACHWARE is an accounts payable (AP) automation software designed to help small to midsize businesses, accounting firms, and non-profit organizations manage various administrative operations including invoice approvals, payment processing, and more on a centralized platform. Accounting professionals can create automated clearing house (ACH) batches and utilize the drag-and-drop interface to handle file attachments and import documents or vendor invoices into the system.

ACHWARE allows accounting firms to create, validate, and edit various electronic and National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) files, letting them initiate financial transactions, and collect payments from customers or tenants. Administrators can utilize the search functionality to retrieve relevant information and configure workflows to streamline review or approval processes for vendors' invoices and contracts. It also lets businesses use a proprietary virtual assistant to automate data entry operations and build a customizable document approval system to process and store files.

ACHWARE offers an API, which enables organizations to import or export data through integration with several third-party accounting systems. It lets administrators ensure compliance with various regulations and create custom files for prearranged payment or deposit (PPD) entry and cash concentration and disbursement (CCD) purposes.
