About CleverConnect
CleverConnect is a recruitment software made in France designed to assist businesses and staffing firms with resume sourcing, qualification of job applications, and talent acquisition. Features include video interviewing, resume parsing, candidate search, email invitations, note-taking, and job ad optimization.
The application enables recruiters to extract information from CVs in text, image, or PDF format and classify them into different categories based on the candidate’s experience, skills, contact details, and more. CleverConnect also helps employers match CVs with job vacancies according to job requirements and candidate behavior using the HRmatch tool. Hiring teams can use the job board platform, Meteojob (in French only) to post vacancies and search for suitable candidates from the built-in CV library.
Recruiters can use the Visiotalent module to conduct video interviews by providing a set of predefined questions to the candidates classified by position or skills. The system also sends notifications to recruiters after completion of video interviews, allowing them to review written answers, assess communication skills, add comments, and share the video with panel members.

Uno strumento indispensabile per ridurre i tempi ed aumentare la qualità della selezione

Pros
Visiotalent mi è piaciuto fin dal primo contatto.
E' un pratico strumento che ci permette di valutare i profili selezionati per una ricerca in modo veloce e preciso, aggiungendo elementi di soft skills per i quali altrimenti sarebbe necessario un colloquio di persona.
Di fatto di aiuta a risparmiare tempo prezioso che può fare la differenza tra il successo e l'insuccesso di una selezione.
Lo consiglio assolutamente!

J'ai découvert depuis peu HR Match, c'est une véritable découverte !! J'en suis très satisfaite.
Pros
La fonctionnalité HR match est une application qui fonctionne très bien. Je la recommande vivement.
Cons
Dans la recherche de candidats sur Météojob, nous avons peu d'informations visibles sur les candidats. Il faut souvent utiliser un clic pour en savoir plus.

Toutes les fonctionnalités de Météojob, impactent de manière positive dans l'activité quotidienne de nos recruteurs. L'outil visiotalent avait bien été apprécié durant la période d'utilisation gratuite. L'outil HR Match également est très prometteur d'après ce que j'ai pu découvrir dans une version démo.

tout se passe très bien jusque là , rien à signaler pour l'instant !
