No tenemos quien se encargue del mantenimiento de los autos, el contador solo ingresa las facturas...
No tenemos quien se encargue del mantenimiento de los autos, el contador solo ingresa las facturas de combustible y servicios y Vecon nos recuerda cada vez que a un auto le toca algún mantenimiento. Lo mismo pasa cuando se va a vencer la licencia de manejo de un conductor o el seguro de algún auto, nos envía un recordatorio 15 días antes.
Pros
Usábamos una hoja de excel para llevar el control del combustible y otros datos. En Vecon se captura muy fácil la información e integra muy bien el control del combustible, los rendimientos y gasto de cada auto, los servicios de mantenimiento y hasta la vigencia de los documentos como los seguros o las licencias de conducir de la gente. No da semanalmente el costo por km de cada unidad! Los reportes son muy buenos.
Cons
No pudimos importar nuestra información desde un archivo de excel directamente, pero el personal nos apoyó para subir esa información y no perder el historial.
