About Shosp

Shosp is a cloud-based medical software designed to help clinics in Brazil manage patients, medical records, and financial activities. Features include multi-specialty support, TISS billing, access control, inventory management, stock alerts, bank reconciliation, task prioritization, and reporting.

The application enables clinicians to use custom fields, charts, and calculators to capture and maintain health records, collect digital signatures to authorize legal documents, and share data securely with patients. Shosp allows staff members to schedule appointments, send confirmation to patients via text messages or emails, adjust appointments in case of absences, and gain insights into clinical activities through the dashboard. Teams can also manage accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet, patient credits, cash transfers, and issuance of electronic invoices.

Using Shosp, physicians can provide teleconsultation to remote patients, prepare signed prescriptions, examination requests, or ICP-Brasil digital certificates, record sessions, and receive payments by a ticket or card system. The AI-enabled application also lets employees connect with patients by sending suitable announcements in the form of personalized messages, run SMS and email marketing campaigns, and conduct satisfaction surveys to enhance patient loyalty.

Pros

O Shosp tornou o dia-a-dia da clínica muito mais fácil e prático. Faturamento, agenda e atendimento integrado, sem contar no sistema de prontuário totalmente personalizável para cada médico usuário. A agenda de serviços foi um pedido nosso e resultou em uma facilidade enorme para nós que além de consultas fazemos exames (SADT). O sistema de agendamento online é fantástico e totalmente integrado a agenda local.

Cons

Infelizmente por se tratar em sistema cloud, se não tenho internet por algum motivo da operadora, fico sem acessar o sistema. Resolvemos isso tendo 2 provedores na clínica, o que gera um custo um pouco maior.

Possuo o Shosp desde que abri meu consultório e não me arrependo. É uma plataforma intuitiva, simples, layout agradável, personalizável, que atende todas as necessidades de meu consultório. Sempre que preciso de ajuda sou bem atendido e com presteza. Possui integração com outras plataformas úteis e disponibiliza o recurso de assinatura eletrônica e Telemedicina. Em comparação com as opções do mercado, é o que mais oferece pelo menor custo.

Pros

Intuitivo, fácil de usar, atendimento cordial, controle de agenda via aplicativo, disponibilidade de assinatura eletrônica (para o prontuário e para prescrições), integração com outras plataformas (Memed, Comigo Saúde) e recurso para Telemedicina.

Cons

Recurso de webservice ainda um pouco confuso, não consegui usar em alguns convênios.

Uso o sistema há mais de 5 anos com uma equipe de mais de 30 prestadores e ele sempre atendeu as nossas necessidades clínicas, financeiras, de atendimento, de marketing e fidelidade de pacientes, é um software completo e funciona totalmente na nuvem em um ambiente seguro e protegido por senha, nunca precisamos instalar em nenhum computador da clínica. Nossos prestadores acessam o sistema de qualquer lugar.

Cons

Precisa melhorar no quesito venda online de consultas, pode melhorar o design de divulgação de profissionais de saúde e o template de agendamento online.
