Its been great so far, [sensitive content hidden] has been great to work with and the team responds very quickly as they know I am very invested in this product and my business' income relies on the app being designed.

Pros

I love how they teach you how to use the platform before it is fully in your own hands. Education is super important for business owners, and I believe each owner should know how to operate their back end systems.

Cons

Originally when I wanted to develop an app for my company I wanted to have a technical analysis feature for my coaching program which exercise.com did not offer. However it offered everything else I was looking for, and the price matched what I was looking for. I understand I would have paid a lot more to get the technical analysis aspect incorporated, but could potentially be a feature to include in the future.

It has been an ongoing struggle with trying to implement everything exercise.com has to offer. We were told onboarding would take up to 60 days. We have been at it for 6 months and I feel like there is so much more left to use. I wish there was a way for us to pay someone, that was dedicated to our site to set everything up for us. We are trainers, not computer programmers. Thank goodness for [sensitive content hidden], but she has multiple customers to help as well.

Pros

Being able to keep track of clients both those that come in to workout in our studio and those that are online.
I like having [sensitive content hidden] helping us with all the questions we have about the software.
I also like having the app for our clients to access their accounts and the ability to schedule classes and appointments

Cons

The many features can get confusing when trying to build out our online training programs. The group feature is very confusing with assigning certain programs to certain members.

Lots of features for a gym with TERRIBLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Offers a lot and is very appealing to the gym owner. However is quickly a regrettable decision to move to exercise.com once you see what the client experience is like.

Pros

Offered an "all-in-one" platform and there were no tiers for different client totals.

Cons

The user experience on the client side is HORRIBLE! Heaven forbid your phone locks! If it does the app quits and MAYBE your logged weights will still be there when you go back into the workout. The workout notes for each section are not visible unless you back out into the overview of the workout. Also, you can not see what your previous weights were in the past when you're in the workout. It is just a very clunky user experience for my clients. And in return frustrating for me, the gym owner.

When individuals have downloaded the app, they have reported a very positive experience which has been great. Not much we can do about people who have trouble navigating tech.

Personally haven’t leveraged the software to its full capacity but whenever I have a question or want to implement something new, [sensitive content hidden] / tech support has always been quick to answer and very helpful.

Pros

Ease of use and automations have made it easy for billing and communicating messages.

Cons

There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

Hands down beats the "automation people" and the "alphabet" system

They have been great and unbelievably responsive from the first sales contact to ever question I had during migration and after.

They did ALL the heavy lifting all I had to do was provide clean data.

Pros

It's ease of use and the migration team was amazing. They helped me migrate, with hiring IT people.
The system itself is hugely flexible and packed with canned report, which can be modified to your needs.

They even created a new feature for the platform based on my needs.

Cons

We negotiated a good price for my two small gyms, but my next tier is a leap.
