CINcompass is a cloud-based software that assists legal professionals with the preparation, electronic filing, and management of bankruptcy cases. It offers a practice management module, which enables lawyers to view upcoming court cases, appointments or meetings on a calendar and automatically remind clients about their court hearings via call, text message, or email.

CINcompass allows businesses to access custom forms from the database, auto-populate data fields with the required information, and update address formats according to the United States Postal Service (USPS) standardization. Attorneys can handle due diligence orders by adding details about clients, applicants, previous bankruptcies, public records, or aliases on a centralized platform. It also lets users securely manage electronic court filing (ECF) communications in accordance with industry regulations.

CINcompass provides a dashboard, which enables lawyers to monitor firms’ activities, assign tasks to attorneys, and store documents in a centralized repository. It facilitates integration with various payment processing applications such as PayPal and Payeezy.

CINcompass is feature rich and effective.

CINcompass is a very good product and company. It accomplishes its purpose.

Pros

It is very feature rich and easy to use. I especially like the address checking.
The credit report integration worked well.

Cons

It is a little pricey and has to be used at a computer that has it installed. Sometimes the customer support was less than helpful.

Pros

They transferred over our existing clients when our prior software provider retired.

Cons

It was difficult to navigate. The software would auto-populate fields and it was difficult to determine how some information ended up in a specific place. It was very inflexible with many of the fields.
