cioplenu is a cloud-based process documentation platform designed to help businesses in the manufacturing industry maintain production, training, maintenance, and quality operations using custom protocols, digital checklists, and work instructions. Supervisors can create checklists or instructions in multiple languages, select interactive elements such as text comments, signature fields, and actual/target value checks for query processing, and let other team members collaborate on documents in real-time.
Administrators can record, edit, organize, and store media including images, videos, or PDFs in a centralized repository and apply uniform standards to authorize global changes or user provisioning. It includes an order management module, which lets managers plan, execute, and archive orders in alignment with relevant work instructions, processes, and checklists across departments and locations. Automated versioning can be used to automatically create versions of updated documents, archive obsolete versions, and track changes across modular content.
cioplenu allows businesses to perform real-time reporting on production processes, evaluate performed operations against targeted values, and generate PDF reports to share with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. It provides an API and a cioplenu Connector tool, which facilitates integration and information exchange across systems.

Pros
The cioplenu software is very easy to implement and has the necessary features we need to transform our workflows to a cloud-based platform. No unnecessary features that mess up the user interface.
Cons
Some sorting and multi-language features were difficult to use, but the issues got fixed really fast in the latest update.

No differences between different types of users (editors, viewers).

Short and easy implementation

Pros
The success plan created together with the Customer Success Manager from Cioplenu was a good help to keep the implementation on track. Cioplenu is a Product which was replacing old Paper forms and therefore there was no pressure from anywhere to change current situation. But we were able to be on our schedule and successfully rolled out the application.
Cons
There is actually nothing I don't like. Some concurrent user with read only rights would be nice instead of only named user.

Cons
reporting and PowerBI integration as well as the UI can be improved (on their Agenda)
