We finally have contacts with our customers, we send newsletter and sms for marketing purpose. Then we have everything under control and may help customer get appointment faster .
Pros
The great thing is with a one payment there is no limitation to appointments or users so no headaches on upgrading to higher plans. Secondly it's very very easy to use understand and use.

with the latest updates seems all is smooth

Pros
I like the idea behind this project. The software gives a lot of possibilities. I like the openness for artists and users.
Cons
I think some visual, colorful examples of ideas are missing.
A list of freelance tattoo artists and some of their works would be good.
