Simple Inked allows staff members to schedule appointments with details such as client name, requested services, and available date and time. The marketing functionality enables employees to create and send custom SMS and email promotional campaigns to customers. It allows staff members to maintain a customer database with client name, mobile number, specific comments, service history, and pending payments. It also lets users import and export data, conduct daily data backups, and provide data encryption to ensure an overall secure user experience. Managers and leaders can use the built-in dashboard to gain insights into business performance and employees’ key performance indexes (KPIs).

Simple Inked allows employees to manage accounting operations via integration with Xero. Businesses can also integrate with several third-party payment processing systems to handle and streamline customer transactions. The cash register allows front desk employees to create sales orders, manage refunds, view transaction history, add multiple clients to a single transaction, and accept payments via cash, credit card, account credits, and gift vouchers.
