About Advitronics

Advitronics is a communication management software designed to help physiotherapists, general practitioners, dentists, pharmacies, midwives, and healthcare organizations in the Dutch region plan, run, and manage telemedicine sessions. The application enables medical practitioners to conduct video meetings, chat with patients, and share files and screens in real-time using virtual rooms.

Advitronics includes a VoIP platform, which allows users to manage patient calls, create personalized IVR menu, assign custom ringtones for emergency calls, forward lines to colleagues during absence or holidays, and forward prescription requests to pharmacies. It offers a host of features such as call back management, patient records, chat notifications, caller queue management, mobile access, and more.

Health care facilities, pharmacies, and physiotherapists can also record and playback incoming calls and manage waiting room screens by displaying information about operating hours, employee introductions, videos, and waiting time. Advitronics also lets practitioners gain insights into average waiting time, regular and emergency calls, duration, and incoming and cancelled calls in real-time via accessibility reports.
