What is SportsBiz?
SportsBiz is a business management software, which helps sports organizations of all sizes handle payments, online bookings, tasks, class schedules, customer communications, invoicing, and more on a centralized platform. Organizations can configure the timing or duration of events, automatically generate invoices, track students' attendance, and grant role-based access permissions to staff members.
SportsBiz helps administrators generate reports, enabling them to gain visibility into accounts receivables, cash or accrual income, staff's work time, students' attendance, and the total number of enrollments. Supervisors can assign tasks to staff members, add, edit, and organize the details of clients and students, and view weekly or daily class schedules. Managers can record customers' payment details, visualize data in the form of charts, and send invoices, newsletters, and other promotional materials to clients via emails. Sports professionals can also use the mobile application to mark students' attendance, view class details, and access clients' invoices, events, tasks, and more from the database.
SportsBiz offers integration with several third-party accounting, video conferencing, customer feedback, and payment processing applications, such as Zoom, Xero, IntegraPay, AskNicely, QuickBooks, and more. Clients can also track children's progress, register for classes, and book backup classes for missed sessions.

Pros
As a user of Sportsbiz within DFS, it is easy to use and I know it inside out. Everything is easy accessible and the ability to download and sort and filter within seconds is also great
Cons
The only thing I would say is the inability to be able to be linked with Mailchimp and online marketing tools. If someone unsubscribes from our database, they are automatically removed from our sportsbiz list as well and vice versa. Otherwise all is good

Pros
It’s diversity and flexibility of being able to adapt to multiple revenue streams and payment methods while being a customer database and marketing tool at the same time at an affordable cost. Plus ease of use once you know what you’re doing and it reduces time spent on the computer each day as it’s so efficient.
Cons
It is not as mobile friendly as our business requires, you can view things but not edit and manage the bookings, this would be a great benefit to have as an improvement for 2020 plus promo codes so we can promote to specific targeted marketing groups.
