GMass is a Google Chrome extension, which helps businesses run mass email campaigns from Gmail, manage responses, create recipient lists, and more. Managers can add an unsubscribe link to their marketing emails, receive notifications for unsubscribed users, and customize follow-up emails using custom content, time, and other variables based on various behavioral segments.
Organizations can preview email campaigns to eliminate errors, attach images to follow-up emails, and use Gmail's search functionality to create recipient lists. The software automatically organizes customers' replies using labels and lets administrators manage email bounce lists. Supervisors can also gain visibility into sent, opened, clicked, replied, unsubscribed, bounced, and rejected email metrics through reports and import them in CSV format according to requirements.
GMass facilitates integration with Google Sheets, which helps businesses transfer data and automatically compose new emails using the imported information about recipients' names, email addresses, and company.

Pros
I am really impressed with GMass and all its features, especially for both personal and business projects. I am very satisfied with its performance. The only suggestion I have is to provide more tutorial guidance before launching the first campaign email, as it can be a bit confusing. However, its user-friendly nature made it easy to figure out.
Cons
visually, it feels outdated, even though it is quite up to date and dynamic, after installation, they jump you into a campaign email template and could use a little more step by step show through before that moment

Pros
I have had a positive experience with gmass until now.Lately there has been an issue with sending mails.The package that i have chosen was to send 500 mails per day.I'm not able to more 20 emails per day as mails are not being sent.Please sort the issue out.Overall this is a great platform.I can give a rating of 2.5/5.

Easy to use for a beginner with zero budget!

Pros
The seamless integration with the Gmail software makes GMass eye-catchy. I had zero ideas about setting up email campaigns but being able to do all of that from within my Gmail app was as easy as ice. I could easily access my GMass campaign reports from within my Gmail app! And even on a free plan, GMass allows you to behold stats of your email campaigns like knowing how many people opened and clicked on links from within your email campaigns.
Cons
Customer support is below par and slow to respond to complaints. And most of my email campaigns got flagged as spam in my contact's inbox despite using the in-built spam checker
