Orangedox is a cloud-based software that helps Dropbox and Google Drive users store, track, customize, and share documents to streamline sales, marketing, and compliance processes. Content creators can securely download files and distribute published Lightroom presets, DNG filters, eBooks, videos, or graphics using shareable links.

Businesses can preview or monitor the performance of published content and export key metrics to generate analytical reports. Sales professionals can track the number of viewed or downloaded marketing materials and create custom document portals by adding a brand-specific logo, colors, or themes. Users can also import prospects’ contact details, track viewed attachments in email campaigns, and download required information in CSV format.

Orangedox facilitates integration with various third-party applications, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and more. Marketers can set passwords for confidential content, preventing unauthorized data exploitation. The software also helps users track the overall viewer engagement across website content or social media campaigns.

Pros

I am setting up data rooms for our clients all the time and rarely are there any problems or glitches that our clients or NES finds. When there is a problem, Orangedox is always on top of identifying how we as NES can get that fixed so that our clients can effortlessly access that information we are sharing with them.

Cons

hard to nitpick a company that has been part of our company procedures since 2015...
