Overall I would say has helped me improve my lifestyle and knowledge on life's most important milestones. I love getting my weekly emails that remind me to either stay active, have a better mindset, or helpful financial to-do's. Having the app allowed me to be more knowledgable especially prior to sitting down with my advisor.


The software is user friendly and very intuitive! I am able to track my activity level and be rewarded for staying active. I am also able to learn about my finances and overall health. Recently I have started looking into purchasing a home and there was an entire class on what to consider before buying your first house which was beyond helpful! I continue to come back into the app as I am able to find so many helpful resources that are applicable to me. Within the year I have been using the program I have redeemed my rewards to get gift cards from my favorite retailers.
