About FocusRO
FocusRO is an employee monitoring software designed to help managers detect employees’ productivity and workplace distractions using machine learning (ML) algorithms. It allows IT teams to deploy ML server instances within the organization’s private network to protect various data points including intellectual properties and key information stored in screenshots.
The platform allows IT professionals to encrypt and transmit screenshots to machine learning (ML) instances using elliptic curve encryption algorithms. It offers a host of features including an interactive dashboard, data encryption, collaboration, automated alerts, data filtering, reporting, secure data storage, and more. FocusRO allows supervisors to collect and store screenshots of employees’ screens in multiple file transfer protocols (FTP) and S3 buckets.
FocusRO facilitates integration with Zapier, which lets users connect the platform with numerous third-party applications. Using the non-invasive monitoring functionality, administrators can also blur the screenshots to mask confidential information, display only title bars or taskbars, and share them across other teams and business units.

Instead of going through many screenshots daily, to check our employees activity, Focusro helps greatly to automatically detect the activity type of each screenshots and helps me to find who is working at their best and who all are regularly distracted, and at which times. Focusro really saves me a lot of time, which is a very valuable commodity these days. Thanks team.
