As a local government entity in Florida which is the most transparent state of all, we are constantly dealing with public records requests.  ArchiveSocial makes it easy to search and create reports for any requests we get.  They recently offered their web snapshot which is going to be a lifesaver.

The ArchiveSocial team also works with you if you happen to exceed your quota for a given period. The entire process is very simple and friendly. This is especially helpful for those in a government role, as we are required to archive all communications especially those made by our elected officials.

It was extremely easy to set  up, and we don't have to worry that it stops archiving when something in one of the social media platforms changes, because they either take care of it themselves, or let us know immediately.

> **Cons**: It would be nice if it could archive on the unreasonable schedule our current web host requires, but I can't really fault them for that.

Customer service, on the rare occasion that we've needed it, has been friendly and responsive. The product has changed with us over time, as we have added and removed social media accounts.

> **Cons**: There's nothing about ArchiveSocial that we don't like. They have been a great vendor and partner with us.
