About eMenuCHOICE

eMenuCHOICE is a point of sale (POS) and dining management platform that helps senior living and long term care communities manage orders, invoices, diets, revenue, and more. Administrators can create digital food menus with custom categories, images, dish names, descriptions, pricing & therapeutic diet information.

eMenuCHOICE allows chefs to offer food substitutes based on specific resident allergies, intolerances, and diet restrictions. It enables administrators to create meal plans and offer daily, monthly, or quarterly meal credits to streamline billing and payment processing operations. The delivery management module lets residents place food orders remotely and receive deliveries to multiple locations, including rooms and in-house spas or salons. It also lets family members generate reports to gain insight into order histories, account balances, and monthly payment statements.

eMenuCHOICE interfaces with several third-party resident information and electronic health record (EHR) management systems, including PointClickCare, Eldermark, Yardi, Residex and American Data's ECS Software. It also allows kitchen staff to configure special pricing and handle orders for public guests, visitors, staff members, and professional visitors.

A Must For Senior Living

Reporting for surveys makes it a great tool. Important data all conveniently located.

Cons

In all honesty the system was great from the beggining, but lacked some "desired" features. The team at E-menu was always listening and has addressed, and continues to do so, those features and is the soft ware is near perfect.
