CallVU is a call center software designed to help businesses in industries including finance, insurance, telecommunications, and more engage with clients via digital sessions to resolve issues, automate data collection processes using digital forms, and more. Administrators can convert PDF or scanned files into digital formats, use dashboards and reports to track customer behavior, and customize the platform by adding fonts, images, colors, or assets to establish brand identity.

CallVU allows organizations to secure and encrypt data in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) regulations or standards. The visual interactive voice response (IVR) platform enables agents to initiate video sessions via SMS links or push notifications on mobile applications, display required information in the form of images or infographics to resolve issues, and guide clients through various self-service processes. The form builder helps managers create digital forms on a drag-and-drop interface and add graphics, icons, content, segments, and dropdown menus, and other fields according to requirements.

CallVU facilitates integration with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM) systems including Amdocs CRM and Salesforce. Call centers can also use co-browsing capabilities and video chats to interact with customers, review documents, and fill or electronically sign documents in real-time.
