About PlusPlus

PlusPlus is a SaaS learning management solution designed to help businesses curate and manage eLearning content, onboarding programs, and training sessions for employees. It enables learning and development (L&D) teams to monitor employees’ development, generate progress reports, and track course completion statuses in real-time.

PlusPlus allows learners to view upcoming events in an integrated calendar, sort sessions based on the title, departments, or development skills, access trainers’ profiles and availabilities, and request presenters to conduct online or in-person learning events. It offers a host of features including gamification, analytics, email notifications, communications management, employee engagement, custom workflows, data synchronization, and more. Trainers can use the application to maintain a course catalog, run mentorship programs across various departments and business units, and organize open office-hours or ask me anything (AMA) sessions.

PlusPlus offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms such as Slack, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Workday, G Suite, BambooHR, Google Calendar, and more. It also helps managers schedule onboarding and training sessions for new applicants and create custom groups to share blended learning experiences with team members.

Overall experience has been positive and I especially appreciate the community for Technical Learning & Development (TechKnowCon) they created [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] where we explore industry best practices.


The ease of use and seamless internal integration into our existing company chat, email systems, employee portal and single-sign-on helped us quickly get company-wide adoption and PlusPlus has become more than an event registration system but an internal events portal.


I would love the ability to search globally the events, catalogs and programs but I believe that is on their road map and will be released later this year.

Strong Partnership, Successful Product

Overall, I am very pleased. The product PlusPlus provided us out-of-the-box nearly two years ago saved my team in particular a ton of manual and monotonous work and benefitted our users greatly as well. Since that time, we have worked hand-in-hand with the PlusPlus team to improve the product and to better suit Netflix's needs. We truly appreciate their willingness to receive feedback and take action on our feedback. We still have some areas that we would like to see improved but, based on our relationship with them thus far, we have every confidence we will be able to get there.


I really enjoy ease of use and how seamlessly it integrates with Google, which our entire business is basically built atop of--that the main selling point as far as I was concerned. Netflix employees really embraced PlusPlus after it was released widely for event management and it is now used across several different areas of the business. This wide organic adoption is no coincidence. The end user/attendee experience is always prioritized above the admin/organizer in development talks and that has paid dividends as PlusPlus has become a core piece of software used for managing organization events, social events, as well as training/educational events company-wide.


Customer support was an issue early on but PlusPlus, to their credit, has made great strides to significantly improve SLAs, their help center, and general communications with the users. Based on our feedback (as well as other customers), PlusPlus made an investment in improving in these areas and it shows. Also, development talks in regards to customer-generated feature requests sometimes felt misinterpreted and we would often need to bring that same feedback/request to the PlusPlus team on multiple occasions for them to fully understand. Again, this is an area of improvement on both Netflix's side of things in learning how to best communicate what we want and being more bullish on what we want prioritized as well as PlusPlus doing a better job to document our feedback/requests and properly track them. Lastly, I wish development of certain features would move a little faster. We frequently have to temper our expectations in terms of ETAs on product releases as there are often delayed for weeks, if not months from what was originally estimated. We feel like our team brings a lot of value feedback for PlusPlus in its development but don't get to see any of that in product for 8-12 months sometimes. We wish PlusPlus product development could move a little faster to keep up with the pace in which we work.

A great product that makes program and event management simple!

A great product that makes program and event management simple!


Learn++ is great for managing a large volume of internal events. With Learn++ my company has been able to offer everything in one place for easy access and offer virtual and global events. With all the great admin features such as email notifications, online waitlists, check-ins, and more it has been easy to manage 2,000+ enrollments and the logistics needed to make these events possible.


My team always makes feature requests which is a good thing! The more you use Learn++ you realize what else could be automated, or updated and it's cool to see those feature requests come to life.
