About Found Hero

Found Hero is a lost and found management software that helps businesses in the hospitality industry register lost items, send notifications to guests, and generate shipping labels, among other processes. The inventory management tool enables staff members to build a centralized database of all lost and found items, with information such as name, shipping status, location, place found, date, and guests’ contact details.

Found Hero allows administrators to print shipping labels, schedule pickups, track deliveries, and calculate shipping costs of returns based on the guest's shipping carrier choice. It enables supervisors to automatically send email notifications to relevant personnel and collect customer feedback and reviews. It also lets managers handle guests' personal and sensitive data in compliance with general data protection regulation (GDPR) and payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) regulations and guidelines.

Found Hero offers an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions. The built-in search functionality allows users to search through the item database based on multiple categories, such as dates, location, and keywords.
