A superb platform and tool - written by MSP's for MSP's

Pros
Propel allows you to create a standardised process for providing all your MSP clients with a proactive vision for their IT. It allows you as a service provider to plan and gain buy-in from your client for the work you will do for them.
As an MSP, when you go through what Propel does - you can tell it has been written by a team who understand our business and our industry - every question I had on 'can it do this' was met with 'Yes'
It's a superb tool and one I highly recommend to all MSP's regardless of their size.
Cons
I'm being picky here - I don't have real dislikes of the platform - perhaps more granualr sync controls to ConnectWise Manage? - I have other feature requests, but no big show-stoppers when it comes to what the app does or how it works. If we could change the work 'Labor' to 'Consultancy' that would be ideal!
