About iWarranty

iWarranty is a web-based software that helps businesses define, manage, and analyze warranty and contract management processes. It maintains and tracks performance and service history over the entire product lifecycle, improving warranty liabilities, manufacturing, and post-sales operations.

The application enables supervisors to create policies, coverage and adjudication rules, handle initial product registrations and transfers, and perform pre-delivery inspections. Organizations can use OEM process templates to define campaigns, process service actions, and send recall notifications or reminders to dealers and owners. With the eClaims feature, users can add and validate claims according to business rules, view service history, and apply multi-level approvals to submissions. Businesses can enhance service parts sales through online product catalogs, letting buyers place orders, track delivery statuses, and view the availability of parts.

Dealers can handle authorization of returned parts, prepare shipping documents with packing slips and labels, and monitor their movement across different locations. iWarranty automates supplier claim generation based on predefined agreements, shares claim details with suppliers in multiple formats, and lets recovery analysts negotiate and process claims in real-time. The software also offers a host of other features such as support ticketing, service event management, preventive maintenance schedule, service order creation, approval workflows, reporting, and analytics.

We utilize this product for external repairs management. It is heavily customized for our use. Our service department considers it a good application.
