Implementation is amazing - the dedicated team for implementing will ensure; the the software is set up exactly to what you need, and you are trained fully before you go-live.
Pros
Point Click Care does everything you need it to! It's easy to use and the company listens to customers and over time makes changes to the software based and user input.
Cons
You can't go wrong! Anything I've encountered that needs changing they have fixed or changed - it might take time but...it happens!

This is easy to use software that works great for long-term care.
Cons
There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.
