Snaps is a cloud-based conversational AI platform designed to help eCommerce businesses interact and engage with customers across their buying journeys and provide personalized assistance in searching the required products.

The application’s authoring tools enable marketers to capture client-specific data and build dynamic conversations using context, intent, user properties, and UI components. Sales professionals can use Snaps’ acquisition tools to convert leads and track performance on various channels such as web, mobile, SMS, Messenger, and more. Team members can also send notifications to buyers about completing purchases, back-in-stock items, or the latest product updates. It includes a natural language processing (NLP) engine, which lets marketers analyze conversations for context and sentiments in real-time and automatically transfer queries to human agents when required.

Supervisors can use the analytics module to determine sales through various KPIs, including order completion, drop-off rates, and CSAT, set up alerts to monitor changes in conversations, and create reports. It also helps customer service agents to handle inquiries by automating workflows of FAQs, order shipping status, and returns and exchanges.
