Contentstack is a headless CMS software designed to help businesses deliver personalized content experiences to audiences via multiple channels including mobile or web devices, augmented or virtual reality platforms and Internet of Things (IoT) using a JSON architecture and content delivery network (CDN)-backed APIs. Administrators can edit or format images according to specific device's display and configure role-based access permissions for creating, editing, publishing, or deleting content entries.
Contentstack allows supervisors to track changes or revisions to content versions, set up approval workflows, and manage media files using the admin panel, and a built-in asset manager. The software includes single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and 256-bit encryption capabilities that help organizations secure data. Administrators can also localize content by configuring relevant languages across global websites or applications, maintain audit logs, schedule content publishing processes, and upload files in bulk to the platform.
Contentstack facilitates integration with various third-party eCommerce, marketing automation, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and other systems such as Algolia, Bynder, commercetools, Shopify, IBM Watson, Google Analytics, and more. Other features include content preview, customizable dashboard, rich text editor, digital asset management, custom fields, and content environments.

This is a reliable and advanced CMS that new features are added every day and is constantly updated. It has excellent security and facilities and is one of the CMS+DXP that you can start working on after a short five-minute online training and create and publish your own content. You will not have any restrictions on the platform and content production and site management because you have a complete CMS.
Pros
Very simple, smart, powerful, and stable CMS platform. I’ve great and smart experience with future content management systems with Contentstack. It has extensible integrations with most business tools and superb JSON architecture and CDN-backed APIs. also I like their Enterprise 256-bit security and 2FA security features.
Cons
It has needed more pre-built templates and should be more Some UI changes are needed for ease of use, but the team is very responsive and are working on releasing a UI update very fast.

Generally pleasant to use. It has a clean ui and is approachable in use.

I can't confirm myself as the project was already in flight - but I understand that setup and config can be quite painful.

It has a lot going for it. It's pretty great for publishing web content.

Pros
It's easy to use once you learn how. I appreciate that I can publish up to 5 levels of nested items at once - for example, I can push a product page and its associated content all live at once.
Cons
Occasionally it won't load, and I'll have to refresh my page. It can be overwhelming at first, I only understood it after hands-on training.
