At my school this is set on "color" as the default option, however, most students who are on a budget would like to print in "black and white' which costs less. If you want to print from a laptop then the document needs to be uploaded (I am not a big fan of this feature). There is a long lag time between hitting print and the actual printing. The worst thing is that if a print job is ordered but the printer is out of order, PaperCut will still process and charge the patron's account accordingly. > > Modest.
