About Acquia Cloud Platform
Acquia is a headless content management system (CMS) that provides businesses with the tools to manage and deliver marketing content across multiple channels. The Drupal Cloud platform enables administrators to design web pages using a drag-and-drop interface, add site elements in accordance with the brand guidelines, and grant role-based editing permissions to developers.
Enterprises can configure development workflows, deploy code, and utilize the integrated development environment (IDE) to build back-end or front-end applications. With Acquia Marketing Cloud, supervisors can create new sales campaigns and gain an overview of customer segments, journey mapping, instances, and other key metrics on a centralized dashboard. Other features include digital asset management, statistical analysis, behavior tracking, messaging, CI/CD integration, custom templates, content publishing, collaboration, and more.
Acquia enables businesses to integrate the platform with various third-party applications. The software also helps users streamline processes in compliance with HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) regulations.

Overall security, and timely restoration of service in the event of a problem are most important. The vendor's ability to respond to requests and fix problems is second most important, this is linked with the need to reduce the burden on our resources. Acquia exceeds expectations in all these areas.
Pros
Platform and Infrastructure / Reliability and SLA are best in class. The technical support model results in a reduction in burden to our resources. Leader in industry reviews (Forrester / Gartner). Has all the compliance and certifications we require. Security for network, firewall, application layers and system updates and security patching support.
Cons
Acquia has a high cost, at 100k annually. It's important to understand that the service replaces a FTE.

Pros
Easy to use, provides technical assistance, is one of the best in its field, excellent technical support, very reliable.

I think the main negative side is that the aoftware isn't easy to use. I need some trainings in order to use it well.
