ezeep is a cloud-based print management solution designed to let businesses manage multiple printers and allow printing without requiring end users to download drivers. The software enables printing from any device, including iOS and Android phones, and lets guests print from their own devices with its BYOD support.

ezeep allows administrators to create print rules to control printing for specific users, groups, or the entire organization, such as page limits and mono or duplex printing. Defaults can be set and users are kept aware of the rules by consistent, non-intrusive notifications. Print payment functionality enables pay-for-page printing, with administrators able to set per-page prices for color and grayscale printing, and users able to purchase credit and pay for print jobs from any device. Administrators can also create quotas to offer set amounts of free printing to users before automatically charging for print jobs.

ezeep's pull printing functionality keeps confidential documents protected even when being printed through shared printers. Print jobs are held in the queue for up to 24 hours until the user releases the job from their mobile device, reminder email, or the device-independent release portal. Print tracking and reports provide detailed insight into how much is being printed, through which devices, and by which users or groups. The visual dashboard displays printer usage and overall print volume, while reports can be broken down by printer and chromaticity.
