netZcore PRINT is a print and copy management solution designed for public schools, college and university libraries, public libraries, speciality libraries, and government institutions. The software allows administrators to monitor printing activity, control usage, recover costs, and more.

With netZcore PRINT Cloud, users can view and print any files from their device, or send their documents to print via email or web upload portal. Print jobs are released when users enter their username and/or password at the printer, providing additional security for documents and reducing costs and wastage, as any jobs sent in error or duplicated can be deleted without printing. netZcore PRINT supports a range of payment systems including PayPal, Authorize.Net, and QuikPay, as well as all major campus OneCard systems. Standard debit accounts can be set up for patron or student printing, departmental accounts allow for staff usage tracking, and quota accounts can be created with daily, weekly, monthly, or custom term quotas.

netZcore PRINT includes pre-formatted print rules which can be used to enable discounted or free printing based on user or group, time schedule, document type, card prefix, or URL, and to manage print flow by defining restrictions based on number of pages or file size. Dynamic load balancing enables load offsetting between two or more printers, and SNMP fault-detection automatically reroutes jobs from offline printers. netZcore PRINT also supports BYOD printing, library reservation system integrations, guest printing, drag-and-drop file upload, and more.
