About Zinrelo

Zinrelo is a customer loyalty and referral software designed to help businesses manage various rewards such as gift cards, discount vouchers, and account credit. It enables businesses to set up and run transactional, social, behavioral, engagement, and other loyalty programs to reward customers for recurrent transactions, feedback sharing on social media channels, and more.

Pros

Zinrelo has helped me to create this perfect bond and make our customers enhousiaste to place their orders. our customers database was grwoing and needed a customizable program to help keep our customers well rewarded and appreciated .

Cons

some of the features need a deep customization , but that is the part of the paid service , you get what you pay for , however i find the basic features are more than enough , but you shoudl consider doing these customization in the future specially for online stores to make the software looks better on the website. we are considering this in the future.
