DocHub

About DocHub
DocHub is an online PDF software designed to help organizations create, edit, and share PDF documents with clients and team members in real-time. Using DocHub’s eSignature module, employees can add electronic signatures to business documents or request signatures from external stakeholders via email.
Professionals can utilize the page management module to reorder, append, or delete pages, merge PDF, PPT, DOCX, or other documents, and view page thumbnails. Features of DocHub include data import/export, drag-and-drop interface, collaboration, data encryption, audit trail, SSL encryption, document sharing, reporting, and more. Administrators can configure the platform in multiple languages and set up user roles and permissions to facilitate secure data access.
DocHub supports integration with various third-party applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more via APIs. It also enables users to create and store document templates and PDF forms in a centralized repository, create new fields for checkboxes, signatures, or signatory’s initials, and publish forms on social media sites including Facebook and Twitter.

I've used it regularly (at least weekly) for the last 1.5 years. I've experienced several instances where the signor completed the document on their end, but it did not finalize. Despite trying multiple times. I have to reupload and begin the process again to sort out the issue which can be very annoying. However, it is affordable and meets the needs of my workplace.
Pros
It's overall very good at getting digital documents signed.
Cons
It glitches a lot and sends so many spammy emails to everyone involved, which sometimes makes people I'm sending the documents to, tune out and ignore the notifications in the long run.

Overall I have used DocHub for years now. It's one the cheapest document signing softwares available and allows us to easily send and receive signed contracts for new volunteers at our nonprofit. You can send as many documents as you wish!
Pros
Ability to send the same contract to multiple people at a time. For example, we can send multiple new contributors a contract at the same time and they only see one sign spot for them, rather than it making everyone sign one document where they can all see their signatures. I also appreciate the fact the signatures are legally binding and auto-reminds people to sign.
Cons
Setting up the contracts from scratch can be a bit confusing. It took me multiple trial and errors. Maybe they can include some how-to videos.

It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and simple to use. It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents, not just a few large dollar contracts.
Pros
It is a very reasonably priced product, works great and has a lot o90f features. It is truly the perfect solution for us with the numnber of smaller contracts we send to clients.
Cons
Honestly, there are really nothing I don't like about this product. Even when there is an occasional glitch, it is fixed fast and the support tea, is extremely responsive in taking care oif even the tinest of issues, which are rare. like ionce in 4 years?
