About Engage

Engage is a cloud-based visitor and member management system for coworking spaces. It offers a backend platform for managing contracts, bookings, billing, invoicing, ticketing, visitors, and more, as well as white label mobile apps that can be customized for each coworking space and include features for members such as online booking, social networking, chat, and more.

With Engage’s backend features, coworking spaces can automate operations such as contract generation, customer billing, payment collection, support ticketing, and more. Businesses can engage their members through personalized notifications and bespoke offers and discounts. Other features of Engage include visitor management, automatic alerts for new visitors, support ticket routing and assignment, and management of a credit-based booking system.

Engage provides white label apps, which can be customized to each coworking space in order to provide a self service space for members to manage their bookings, interact with the community, send support tickets, check their payment history, and more. Apps can be customized with business colors, themes, and logos in order to create a fully branded experience for members.

Never had a more streamlined visitor management system

Pros

The team and I love how easy Engage is to use and it was really easy getting it set up and start using it. Also, the team works tirelessly to bring new features and updates, that's a great add on.

Cons

Nothing specifically. We had faced issues in implementing and getting the team to use other visitor management tools before, but with Engage, it was pretty easy.

Deploying was a Breeze. Simple and easy set up. Learning is curve is almost nil.

Pros

I like the fact that it is very easy to deploy and has a very small learning curve. It is loaded with features and has become very crucial tool for us due to covid.
