Pros
The ability to make the audits have a variety of forms to fill out was very helpful. In addition the dashboards and other report pulling features make sharing the data easy.
Cons
I do wish more of the dashboards were downloadable into a pdf. The Question Summary specifically could be updated to be more scalable.

Customer care can definitely make or break one's experience but this one is to stay !!

We Love Intouch Insight!

Pros
IntouchCheck has been great for our company & we have been using it for years. We primarily use it now for gym audits, but we use to use it in Finance for Cash Compliance purposes as well. When we upgraded our platform a few years back, they made it an easy and seamless process. This is a great tool to keep in compliance, ensure we are operating at the highest level and keeps everyone on our team accountable.
