About ActiveWords

ActiveWords is a file synchronization software that helps businesses manage operations related to spelling and grammar correction for multiple languages, including Hindi, English, Arabic, Chinese, and Cyrillic. It allows staff members to set up AES based encryption and share read-only files across the entire organization or with specific teams and departments, preventing unauthorized data exploitation.

ActiveWords enables supervisors to use a drag-and-drop interface to add words and actions which automatically provide access to email addresses, legal terminologies, web sites, files, programs, and folders. It lets employees create multiple tags to organize words and actions according to individual preferences and requirements. It also allows team members to utilize a virtual keyboard to enter data, import or export specific information, and measure keystrokes to track productivity.

ActiveWords lets staff members synchronize data across multiple third-party cloud services, including Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive, and ShareFile. Administrators can also configure automatic data backup frequencies to warrant overall data protection.
