Very advanced Contact Center Solution

Pros

Very intuitive, very advance features, the multichannel predictive dialer, the diagram studio to program all routings, the agent scripting, the Auto quality assurance with AI is amazing and many more features that kames the operation effective and efficient.

Cons

Maybe Wolkvox CRM need a little bit more work on to migrate customers from other CRM but I undertsand they are working on it.

I find Wolkvox to be an incredible tool for managing metrics and tracking the operation.

Its interface is user friendly and very easy to use. I like that I can have control and analysis of the operation metrics with a single click.

Cons

I don't like having to register the IP every time I work from a different location.
